"The property was spacious and clean. We had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. Location was great. Not too busy, but close enough to restaurants, attractions and grocery stores. Would recommend this place for a large group."

"This property was the perfect location!! Right on the beach with a pool and hot tub was so nice. We had a few issues during our stay but the host was incredibly responsive and was quick to fix any problems we had. The dishwasher definitely needs replaced soon. We tried our best to clean it but it still smelled. Also would recommend having exterminators coming in for the Palmetto bugs, there were quite a few that we saw. (However we know these are a problem in Florida so didn’t let this negatively affect our opinion of the house). Everything was pretty clean for the most part, we would definitely stay here again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience renting this house for our large family's annual reunion! When we arrived the house was ready to check in earlier than the scheduled 4:00 PM time. Parking was good for our 5 vehicles. he street is very quiet with very little traffic, The house is an older home but was well maintained and was very clean. The beds were all very comfortable even including the beds in the bunk room area. The master bedroom has a claw foot tub and a huge walk in shower. The main kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans dishes, glassware and everything we needed for our 25 people, The straight out ocean view from the upper and lower back decks was amazing. The beach area behind the house was huge and we enjoyed the Hot Tub and small pool. I highly recommend this property for large family vacations and we plan to book it again next year."

"The only thing to complain about this trip was the beach was not as beautiful as it usually is. But so thankful for being able to stay in this house that made it fun to be in the pool, easy commute to St Andrews State Park, and also easy commute to any restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Patrick!"
