The staff was all great, polite and responsive. The hotel could use an uplift as it's very dated with chipped tiles at the pools, rust, cracks in the walls and mold in the showers. Room was clean and spacious. Could use some maintenance touch up on walls and ceilings for stains and what looked like water blisters on walls by tub. Had a 2 rooms that waled out to pool which was very nice. Staff were slways very friendly. Buffet was plentiful and fresh.

Great place in zone 0, more family oriented than anything else. Breakfast options were great although you need to be patient, beds are not the most comfortable.
