"We ended up leaving a day early. The main issue started with the toilet in our room, which never worked properly. The front desk initially offered to move us to another room, which we appreciated. However, after about five minutes in the new room, a maintenance employee came to tell us the toilet in our original room had been fixed and that we should move back. When we checked, it very clearly was not fixed. At that point it felt like we were just being bounced around instead of having the issue actually resolved. To make things worse, the entire first floor smelled strongly of marijuana. We are traveling with an infant, so this was completely unacceptable. The smell was so obvious you could practically pinpoint the exact room it was coming from, yet the front desk did nothing about it. Between the broken toilet, the confusing room situation, and the strong marijuana smell throughout the first floor, we decided it was best to cut our stay short and leave a full day early. If you are looking for a clean and family friendly hotel with responsive customer service, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. But if you are searching for a 420 friendly hallway with careless customer service, this might be the place for you."

"Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. However, the hotel needs repairs. There is peeling wallpaper and most of the east side of the building is missing the siding."

"I love the breakfast here because I can get a fresh omelette, but it was too much of other people‘s hair in the bathroom. The carpeting is getting a pretty dirty in hallway. Need to do some upgrading and some deep cleaning but besides, that is fine I was trying to give it another chance. I think I’ll be staying elsewhere next time. "
