"The property is in bad shape. Card key entry doors are unlocked and don’t require a card key. Furniture in the room was falling apart. Linens and towels were old and dingy. Used washcloth still hanging on the shower curtain rod from previous guest. Bathroom sink had hairs from previous guests. Wallpaper was peeling in the room and bathroom. Holes in the bathroom wall where towel rack was repositioned or repaired but not patched. Glass in the bedroom window cracked and weather sealing peeling away or missing. In general, a poorly maintained hotel room especially considering the cost per night,$300. I’m sure if George Strait wasn’t in town giving a concert it might be less."

"Carpet in the room had dried stains of food on it. Hair all over the bathroom sink and floor. Made me question if the bathroom was cleaned prior to our arrival. Sheets were wrinkled, wonder if they were changed. "
