"Hotel was great, room was nice and clean and continental breakfast was exceptional. Only complaint is there is a bar/venue attached so on the weekend the parking is horrible."

"The hotel was clean. The check in process was horrible. Our reservation could not be found, then there were issues running a card for incidentals (despite pre-paying online). After waiting 45 minutes, we finally left to get dinner and came back later to check in. There was only 1 staff member on duty and probably 8 people waiting to check in. No one else was able to solve the problem."

"Rooms a little small but the staff was WONDERFUL. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Haven’t had that level in a long time. Good Job!"

"The breakfast was wonderful! Manager’s Happy Hour was nice - entertainment both nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy but the shower/toilet area was small. Only complaint was the temperature in our room - it was too warm making it difficult to sleep. The a/c couldn’t seem to catch up. The night manager brought us a fan which helped some. Not sure if maintenance ever looked at it since we were not there during the day. "

"There was no bed linens for the pull out sofa in the room. When my husband went down to get them, the front desk did not even give him any pillows. :("
