Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Our driver in the morning asked for €30,00 but the hotel booking and emails from the hotel clearly stated it was €25,00.
The room was warm and the air conditioner unit didn’t work efficiently. But the bed was comfortable and I actually slept well.
Would have been nice to have complimentary water bottles.
The room could use some upgrades and some thorough dusting. Also the lighting was quite dim throughout. Too dim for my aging eyes.

"Hotel is about 17 minute walk to cruise port. When asked about a transfer the day before we were quoted 15 Euro/person for a shuttle. The next morning the gal at the front desk said that uber and taxi could be unreliable but they could arrange a private transfer for us for $80 euro. We said we would ..."
