What we found was a run down filthy place and only one room booked for us, although I was charged for 3 "Deluxe Rooms" . We were offered one additional room, which was a "Family Room" with 5 beds, which we then had to share. We have never seen anything as bad as this before. On top of this it was unbelievably noisy, right above their pub with loud music and yelling...

Only 40 metres to the beach!

Only 40 metres to the beach!

8/10 Good
"What an amazing stay we had - how spoilt we were to have the beautiful beach only a short stroll from the backyard (perfect for the tamariki). Well equipped, comfy beds and all round cosy home. The inside of the home was extremely clean and tidy, however, the outside needs some TLC. Cobwebs filled the outside windows and the place could have done with some weeding/pruning/tidying of the green areas (I'm being picky here!). Overall, we LOVED our stay and would book again."
