All staff we came into contact with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/happy hour to doormen were super attentive, very friendly and seemed to sincerely see us. The happy hour/dinner and breakfast provided surprisingly good food, lots of variety and very generous pours! Sonia was a standout and we looked forward to seeing her each evening. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Room nicely appointed and clean.

We didn't attempt to use the wifi, so we can't comment on that... the TV isn't a smart TV, just a few cable channels. The bathroom had some hair in it. Room waa clean otherwise. Definitely outdated, but easy check in and they offered it early (1pm) upon arrival. Great access to an easy transit station. Honestly, better restaurants to choose from than midtown.

I had room 153 this time, and that room in on the ground floor, by the busy road. It was very warm, and I choose not to open the window because of the noise and for security. Otherwise very good.
