"we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here"

"Great spot for those looking for a quiet relaxing stay. Surrounding area was lovely but walking it was for the able bodied only! Great food and service and what you might expect from a luxury hotel. Wine extremely well curated at the shop. Bath in room clean, but really small with ambulance impeded by how bath was situated. Overall, I would give this a slid 4/5 rating and would go again. "

"Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities I needed including a phone charger and some toiletries. Checking in was contact-less through the kiosk when entering the builiding, and was an easy process. Everything was really clean and the location was perfect with the subway a short walking distance and lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. "

"위치가 정말 좋아서 공항에서 버스를 타고 천호역에 내리면 바로 이동할 수 있고, 지하철로도 두 정거장만 가면 KSPO에 도착해서 콘서트 보러 가기에도 딱이에요! 주변에 맛집도 많고, 프런트 직원분들도 친절해서 처음 방문해도 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 호텔 내부도 깔끔하고 정돈돼 있어서 만족스러웠고, 1층 로비에는 무료 생수랑 음료도 준비돼 있어서 편했습니다. 재방문 의사 100% 입니다!!"

"I had a pleasant stay for 8 days there are occasional cigarette smoke smell but that is not the hotel’s fault but the undisciplined people. The hotel is clean quiet and near the subway."

"The best location for me with vast city panorama from my room and excellent room service to enjoy all in privacy. Across from a charming lake and waking path with a beergarden to sit and people watch. In the same tower there is a fabulous Michelin restaurant. All staff were friendly and efficient. "

"Overall, this was a great experience. The room was great, was comfortable for my family of four to stay in. Staff were always friendly and helpful, also very knowledgeable about any question I had. Having a kitchen was very useful, was able to cook a meal when I wanted without having to go out. Location of the property was also convenient with both 7-Eleven and GS25 within short walking distance. "
