"1. Location of the hotel is the best. So central, you can walk to main places 6-8 minutes. 2. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, market, stores around the hotel. 3. Hotel itself is very comfortable 4. Beds and rooms are comfortable and very clean 5. Room has good amount of lights naturally and electrically. 6. Hotel has 24 hour spa/pool/sauna/steam room which is cherry on top. Very clean and very nice: 7. Staff of the hotel are extremely friendly, sweet and helpful. I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels with excellent customer service. 1000% will stay here again for when I’m Visiting Yerevan! "
