"Liked the area of the hotel. Staff was okay - lady in kitchen area does not greet anyone from India. She smiled and greeted to rest everyone and I observed it for over 10 mins so that was little awkward. Another thing - despite of informing previous day & reception marking it down in computer that late check out = at noon - & putting do not disturb sign at door - the housekeeping staff is not informed and they knock door at 11 AM. Overall very clean place, quiet and good ambiance. Would definitely stay there again but I might need to stick a handwritten note to not knock door till I check out. Breakfast has good options. So over all good day but could have been great. So the only improvement needed is communication with and between the staff. "
