I did ask for a fried egg and it would have costed me an extra 8 euros, which I honestly feel is outragious. But it did not spoil my amazing tasty breakfast at all. I will most def go back to this hotel. It location was perfect. Next to Brussels midi train station. We took Flibco bus from Charleroi airport to Midi station and walked 10 minutes to hotel. We also went to Ghent and took train from midi station to Gent st peters. From this station 2 trams and you are in historic part of Ghent."

"The location is good for people arriving by train late at night or leaving early in the morning, because it is right across the street from the station. The hotel itself, rooms, staff and service were great. That being said, it is not the best location for touring Brussels. We would have preferred staying near the center area (Mannekin Pis statue near this area). The center area is busy, but it is nice to walk around to all the sights and have many stores, restaurants, cafe's within walking distance. The Ibis hotel is too close to the station, there were many people hanging out near the entrance or across the street. There were more people around the area living under poorer conditions. Walking around the hotel or down the streets nearby, at night, does not feel comfortable."
