"Das Gallo ist ein sehr schönes familiengeführtes, mittelgroßes Hotel in Tignale. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und immer sehr Hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht. Dies ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, da die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sicher mit Verkehrslärm zu kämpfen haben. Motorräder drehen in der Kehre vor dem Hotel gern am Gasgriff. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand und verfügt über einen kleinen aber sehr schönen Pool. Es gibt auch einen Whirlpool...

"Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Es gibt keinen Schrank oder eine Kommode!!! Man weiß nicht, wo man seine Wäsche ablegen soll. Man lebt definitiv aus dem Koffer. Geht überhaupt nicht!"

All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. "Two basic single rooms, small en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds and views of a wall/garden. Stayed in October and the heating came on automatically so rooms were warm and cosy. Very quiet overnight though we were at the back of the hotel. The shared terrace at the front had beautiful views over the lake and plenty of tables and chairs. "We had an amazing five days at Villa Isabella after a busy time in Firenze and Pisa. The location is superb, literally on the lakefront. Check in was easy and the underground parking a bonus - though as others have said - the spaces are VERY tight for anything above a mini or fiat 500. We had an Executive Room and breakfast Views of the lake were amazing and decent shower and balcony. Internet not great in that area of the hotel but it was better to stay in the real world and look at...
