The rooms were very nice with balcony, breakfast spread was delicious, and Roberto was very helpful at recommending places to visit and making dinner reservations for us. "Gemma the owner was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel welcome. We stayed had to mom‘s place which was a very quiet house on the hill with a beautiful view. The temperature outside was 24 at night when it was 32 in Verona everything was wonderful. The mom was a darling. We were so lucky to find that place. We will be back for sure. I’ll give it 10 out of 10."

"Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. It’s a great location to walk the “medieval suburb” as our reception person call this absolute gem of a town. Friendly, easy to navigate and the castle is a special treat! You must be able to walk well to navigate the old town below the hotel."
