"I was pleasantly surprised about how tasteful, clean and spacious my room was. Even the bathroom was large. And I loved the high ceilings. I felt like living in style! A 2 minute walk to a lovely beach. In a completely quiet neighborhood. And it took me only 10 minutes to walk to the harbor. From there, water bus connections to downtown Venice, or directly to Venice airport, were very frequent and on time. All in all an extremely positive experience -- I shall be back!"

"Great location. Easy check-in, with option to drop luggage ahead of time (main door locks). We were there only one night and did not use the kitchen so I cannot speak to details there. Charming Venetian decor. Bed comfortable and I slept through the night which is saying something! Be prepared to leave cash for tourist tax —I was not. "

"Beautiful room, great location and the bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. Only 2 issues … the curtains didn’t fully close so let some light in and there was a 300 euro security deposit that we wasn’t aware of - however this apparently has been added to their bookings now . Overall would 100% stay there again "
