This was our first hotel on a 3-week European holiday and one of the best properties. Their breakfast was, by far, our favorite of the entire trip. Great selection of food that was constantly and meticulously overseen by the staff. Our room was quiet and good air conditioning and the hotel elevator made moving bags very easy. We like to stay at properties that are outside the most heavily touristed areas of a city and this property delivered. You're still just a 10-minute walk from the "action" but can enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Yet you're still a 2-minute walk to the Grand Canal and the gorgeous Accademia Bridge. An Alilaguna stop is that same 10-minute walk so getting to the airport couldn't be easier. Love this hotel.

The service was impeccable and friendly. All of the staffs English was amazing and impressive. Overall the hotel had an excellent location for both tourist attractions and local life with good food. The only thing would be we paid for a double bed room and got 2 single beds pushed together.
