"When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment. There was no welcome greeting or instructions for Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. Once settled, we realized we did not know how to get out of the building, and had to ask a neighborhood kid on rollerskates to enter the code so we could get out. "The staff were excellent during our stay and we really appreciated their assistance on our last day when we needed to check out long before our flight. Though the rooms are small, their design is highly efficient. This wouldn’t be a great room if you needed to work in the space, but great if you’re visiting Paris! The views from the hotel are amazing!"
