Situated on the 2nd floor of a small, quiet and secure residence (no elevator), this bright and beautiful apartment consists of a living space of 40 sq. m. Modernly decorated with glass walls and charming bricks, this renovated one-bedroom includes:

To protect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, a Roomonitor box has been installed in the flat to report unusual noise levels from 10pm and cigarette smoke. This simply detects variations in sound, while respecting your privacy.

Lastly, you will be only 10 min away from metro line 1, the central line that will take you through the center of Paris to enjoy all its emblematic places and monuments.
