Overcrowded

The neighborhood is extremely crowded, way too many people, and the apartment is located on a busy street with a bus stop right in front of the door. If you open the windows it is very noisy, not suited for a relaxing vacation. Because of too many people and too many cars there is no free parking space to be found anywhere close by. The inhabitants of the neighborhood are predominantly African and Arabic people. All inhabitants have a strange habit of parking their car against other cars. Almost every car in the neighborhood is full of dents and scratches. If you travel by car and you appreciate your car without dents and scratches than avoid this apartment or better avoid this neighborhood of Paris completely.
