Charmantes Appartement nahe Metro Mairie Montrouges

Klug aufgeteiltes Appartement, für zwei Personen wunderbar. Bequemes Bett, Küche für kleine Mahlzeiten, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Bad ohne Fenster, gemütliches Sofa. Lage im EG während der Hitzewelle in Paris perfekt, da nicht ganz so aufgeheizt. Tolle Bäckerei / Patisserie nur 50 m entfernt. Sehr netter, (auch) englisch sprechender Vermieter.

Un appartement spacieux, tout confort, calme, bien situé à proximité des transports métro et tramway. Une très belle expérience que nous ne pouvons que conseiller. A ne pas oublier de signaler l'amabilité de notre hôte.

Besser geht es nicht

Diese Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll und mit großer Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, stehen hier unübersehbar der Komfort und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste im Vordergrund. Der Gastgeber ist weit über das zu erwartende Maß engagiert und geht mehr als nur eine Extrameile für seine Gäste. Soviel von Herzen kommende, unaufdringliche Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten. Auch die Lage ist einfach nur großartig - alle täglichen Bedürfnisse lassen sich im charmanten Montrouge fußläufig bedienen, und mit der einen Steinwurf entfernten Métrostation Mairie de Montrouge liegt einem Paris buchstäblich zu Füßen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Conforme à mes attentes

Appartement moderne qui répondait en tout point à mes attentes. Tous les accessoires fonctionnels et relativement neufs. J'étais en voyage avec mes deux ados pour visiter Paris. Donc, l'appart n'a servit qu'à déjeuner et dormir. Située à Montrouge mais proche de tout via le métro à 3 minutes de marche. Beau quartier, tout se fait à pied, restos, marché, boulangerie etc.. Nous étions en août (28 à 30 degré) et avec la chaleur nous avons laissé les fenêtres ouvertes ce qui occasionnait du bruit de la rue. Une fois les fenêtres fermées tout était ok. Je n ai entendu aucun voisin. Le propriétaire était là à notre arrivée et a été très accueillant, a répondu à nos questions et s'est mis à notre disponibilité si nous avions besoin. Je recommande ce logement à moins d'une canicule.

Great Location

Being so near the metro, supermarket, etc made it easy to access everything we needed. Andrei was great to work with and nicely accommodated our unforseen arrival.
