The place is near metro and bus stop making it convenient to move around. Available eateries around the place too. The room is cramp but it’s something expected in Paris anyway. There’s a bit of noise coming from underground metro, but it’s also expected since the place is near it in the first place. Overall, a pleasant experience.

First time in Paris, so can't really compare to other properties but this place met my expectations and I would not hesitate to stay there again. The rooms are very tiny but were clean. Staff is very friendly. Location can't be beat. Very short walk to all sorts of restaurants and public transportation, it's in the center of Paris. Reasonably priced.

Great hotel with truly amazing staff who go above and beyond. The hotel is comfortable, clean, has funky interesting decor and modern. The bathrooms are clean and have modern facilities with walk in wet rooms. The staff are amazing, particularly the hotel manager/ owner who looked after us after a noisy Saturday night and moved us to a very quiet room for Sunday night and we slept superbly. Breakfast here is varied with lots of choice and beautifully laid out. My favourite bit was the men angels hanging out on the carpeted walls! Would recommend as its well situated, close to lots of restuarants, bars, game rooms and is a 20mins walk to Louvre. Also another bonus is they accept pets so take your furry baby.

It’s an old building but the hotel is very clean and nicely decorated with style. The owner is on site as front deck staff and he is very helpful and friendly. He used quality fixtures in the hotel and the breakfast serving are all good quality food and drinks.

Staff was accommodating let us check in early, gave tips, friendly and patient. Our room was cleaned every day without us asking and the decor was artsy and eclectic. We loved our stay. Conveniently located near metro stations and walking distance to downtown spots.

Hotel Roubaix is a quirky place indeed ! The decor is really interesting and a real talking point. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are welcoming. The location in le Marais is ideal - round the corner from lots of places to eat and drink and walkable to ile de core, Les halles and main centre . Great place which I would thoroughly recommend

Christophe the owner is an amazing host! He goes the extra mile, he’s multilingual and very welcoming. Great area, beautiful neighborhood in the center of Paris and convenient to transportation, dining and top attractions. Great clean and comfortable rooms, will be back!

Two adults and a 6 year old child - we stayed for 2 nights, 3 days and could not have asked for more from the hotel. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and lovely - especially towards our son. The hotel is quirky and unusual, just as we expected! Situated in a great place for what we wanted and needed. We would definitely rebook! Thank you!

Nice quirky hotel
Lovely quirky hotel. Room was tiny with some areas that could be doing with a bit of attention but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Staff friendly. Area was nice during the day but extremely quiet once dark, we were not keen to be out after dark so used Uber.

The property had a wonderful collection of art old and modern over the years dispayed on the walls in the entrance, passage ways and rooms. Just lovely. The staff were so attentive and kind. The owner took so much personal time to explain about Paris to us. Gracious and kind. We loved the hotel.

The hotel is comfortable and in a convenient location. A double room we had was a little small, but ok. We were then in a triple room which had much more space. The staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times. There were plenty of restaurants and bars in the area and convenient to the metro. The only thing I would have liked would be a kettle/coffee making facilities in the room.

World Cup stay
We stayed during the World Cup. Hotel was central, clean, comfortabe and friendly. We would have liked if there was tea/making equipment and if staying bring your own shampoo etc. Overall hotel was great, would recommend it to anyone. lots of restaurants around. We asked for a quite room which we got.

This hotel was amazing! Super clean and staff was very kind. The rooms are small, but that’s very typical here in Europe. It was perfect for my husband and I. The metro is 2 minutes away. We recommend the stay here.
