Excellent suite for a family of 5. The beds were comfy and clean. The shower was good and clean. The room was surprisingly spacy. The casting didn't work for the tv's (they had no internet connection), but a small issue in an otherwise great room.

Easy Airport Access

The hotel location was easily accessible from the airport. Another plus is that I didn’t need to pay for the transport using the CDG-VAL. I would definitely recommend to others.

My home away from home when transferring via Paris CDG airport. Love the fact I always get the same room on the same floor to watch airliners taxi from the runway to the gate or gate to the runway . Amazing airport view as well

Mixed feelings

We had two rooms. One room had absolutely no soap or bathroom items that typically come in a bathroom (cups, soap, lotion, etc.). The other room had a foul odor in the room from the moment we got there. This might be a personal feeling, but the beds were very firm as well. Otherwise the personnel working there were kind and friendly and extremely helpful.

We booked this last minute, arrivals was really late. Our flight was canceled and needed something at the airport and comfortable for our family for the night. It is so convenient and comfortable, staffs were very nice and knowledgeable. So close to the terminal - walkway is very easy. Highly recommended

Check in service was very good and the person was very helpful. Our room was a good size and comfortably hosted four of us. However, the room was very warm and the air-conditioning did not reduce the temperature, making for a very uncomfortable night. The room was also a bit tired, especially the bathroom, and would benefit from an upgrade. Overall, we paid for a basic oversight stay before we flew home and that was exactly what we got. Our expectations were met but not exceeded.

Fair value for your money

Serves its purpose as airport hotel. Roomsnare ok but bathrooms could you a reno. One stay my bathroom was out of shower gel completely. Restaurant has a buffet dinner and breakfast which is pretty good and convenient but staff is aweful. I finished dinner before i got asked if i wanted amything to drink. Stayed here 3 times now, same impression every time. Overall price-quality ratio is fair but nothing really to write home about.
