The hotel was very well located, and the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. The decor was excellent and the room was clean. My only concern was that the bathroom sink tap was positioned too low.

Bar wasn't open so couldn't have a game of pool and beer had to go to the restaurant other then that was a great hotel. Airport shuttle great staff friendly

There's a sewage smell in the bathroom. The shuttle to the airport was an added perk, although the airport is close the shuttle makes 4-6 stops before heading to the airport.

Our time at this hotel was very enjoyable. We liked everything about it. We are tourist guides (retired now). And have spent over 40 years travelling with overseas clients from all over the world. We are, therefore, very used to all this hotel brands and standards. We enjoyed the reception staff’s efficiency and professional but friendly attitude.

Clean decent sized room with everything needed. Air con was a god send. Small negatives that the hinge on the bathroom door was broken and very loud traffic out front. Not sure if any form of sound proofing could be done. Staff were super helpful and extremely friendly across the entire stay. Free WiFi that actually worked all the time was a huge positive. Overall a very decent place to stay.

I like the room. It was neat and up the standard. The staff were respectful and pleasant. The breakfast was good. They need to have complementary water in the room daily. Also, the air conditioner needs to be fixed. It does not cool well. I felt quite uncomfortable even when the AC was on the highest. It was not cooling the room properly.
