Sunny quiet apt Bois de Vincennes for 2-5 pers during 2024 Paris Olympics

The apartment is located 5 minutes from the RER station A Fontenay sous Bois for the train to Paris. Very quiet and spacious, it's a bright apartment within a residence with a nice maintained park. It is perfect for a family of 4 people. You will be able to access easily to the Olympics venues taking place in Paris and in the North of Paris and at the same time to enjoy and rest when needed.
It is also very convenient if you want to go to Disney.
The apartment is at the 3rd floor, has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
The kitchen is modern equipped (oven, fridge, washing machine) and everything necessary to cook.
Internet access (WiFi).
There is a balcony where you can relax in front of an ancient cedar.
You will find everything you need in the apartment as I am living there when I am not traveling.
If you stay for more than a week, the housekeeper can come on demand.
In the condo, there is a playground for children.
There is no parking place available inside the condo but it's quite easy and safe to park on the street.
You can walk to the wood "Bois de Vincennes", 5-10 minutes walk.
There is also a nice swimming pool in the neighborhood.
Groceries and bakery are within walking distance.
Possibility to rent bike too at the "velib" station next to the train station
