Overall would recommend this hotel which is 18 minutes away in the train from Lucern. Conveniently next to the train station. Good location to travel to various places of interest. "

"Self service check in did not work even after the room was supposed to be ready. Did not recieve any code to my room. Luckily the nice staff helped me check in over the phone. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Well cleaned room and nice touch with the complimentary toothbrush and paste. "

"The views and hospitality of the hotel went way beyond my expectations. Breakfast was delicious and the Sonnenberg ride was very enjoyable and cute. The visitor pass that was shared with us was also very convenient for free public transportation and discounted museum tickets!"

The hotel is immaculate and full of character and charm. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The spa was unexpected and we had it all to ourselves.
