"Really cute small hotel. If you extect the luxury and extras of the 4 and 5 star hotels, you won't find them here (and you are NOT being charged for these!:), but you will have all of the basics that will make your stay comfortable. Room was clean and cozy, staff was super friendly and helpful, wifi worked great, and mind, I was using VPN for work. Having the option to eat breakfast right at the hotel was also very convenient. The staff went out of their way to make sure i had what i needed. The location was the best- right downtown, but tucked in one of the quiet small streets- so you are near everything (restaurants, shopping, theaters, concert hall, etc), yet you can enjoy peace and quiet when it is time to sleep.The hotel is near the NDK/National Palace of Culture metro stop, so fast, cheap and easy to get to from the airport, bus station and the train station. I highly recommend."

"Although the hotel is a little bit outside the city center, getting around was never an issue—taxis are easy to book through local apps and arrive quickly. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable place to unwind after exploring Sofia. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a quiet, stylish stay with reliable service and easy access to transportation. Highly recommended. "
