With quick and easy access to the slopes, along with a convenient location next to the shared tennis courts and hot tub, there's no need for a vehicle! The home itself is bright and inviting, with recent updates including all-new windows. A private, covered balcony and a furnished patio offer your choice of outdoor lounge venues.

When you're not making the most of Park City's renowned recreation offerings, you can cozy up in front of the living room fireplace and settle in with your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare everything from a home-cooked meal to a quick snack for the slopes. Free WiFi is equipped for web browsing or work-from-home convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Location - No Hot tub

For skiing you couldn't ask for a better location. 100 yard walk to the Cabriolet gondola out of the back door, 200 yards to the bus stop. The place was clean and the large garage was great for storing wet snow gear. Our issue was the listing said there was a hot tub. However the "community hot tub" is in a different part of the neighborhood on the other side of a golf course (covered in snow with large plowed up hills on each side) which was not mentioned. We assumed it would be extremely close to the property, just not our own private one. We toughed the walk in a snow storm because hot tubbing after a day on the mountain is amazing recovery and a hot tub is a "must have" for our group in booking somewhere to stay for a ski trip. To our disappointment the hot tub that was already much too far away to be considered an amenity was closed and obviously had been for a long time. We reached out to property management and corporate kept giving us the runaround saying they would figure something out and get us in touch with local management, but we never got any communication or resolution.
