Village. Located just a mile from Historic Main Street in Park City, this

property offers ski-in/ski-out access, two car garages, private hot tubs and a

community swimming pool in the summer months. This property is also within

walking distance of a complimentary Park City Transit bus stop.



La Maconnerie's first bedroom, on the upper level, has a king bed with en

suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate tub, and a double

sink. The bedroom has a gas fireplace.



The second bedroom, on the upper level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom.

The bathroom has a combination shower/tub with a single sink. The third

bedroom, on the lower level, has a queen bed a twin bunk bed, and en suite

bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower/tub and a double sink. The

fourth bedroom, on the lower level, has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The

bathroom a combination shower/tub and a double sink. The bedroom also has a

gas fireplace.



The residence has additional half bathrooms on the main floor and the lower

level, and also features a full kitchen, patio, grill, private hot tub,

private double car garage, a wood fireplace, and a ski locker area.
