8.2/10 Very good! (6,894 reviews)
The pluses:
The lady at the check-in desk was absolutely fantastic. I wish I got her name to give her proper recognition.
Pool was great and so were poolside staff.
Room was clean.
Starbucks coffee available at Viva cafe.
The minuses:
They try to upsell you to buy a timeshare as soon as you’re checked in. “Free breakfast and comps”. Canceling the presentation was easy, at least.
3 contacts required to get missing TV remote.
Barry Manilow concert cut in half due to “computer problems”. Concert was the reason we travelled there in the first place.
Room smelled like smoke on and off. Maybe from the room next to us smoking illegally. I should’ve complained but I didn’t.

8.8/10 Excellent! (6,177 reviews)
We stayed at the Conrad at Resorts World Las Vegas as a family of five.
Overall, it was a good stay, but a few issues kept it from being a 5-star experience.
Check-in took over an hour, and our two booked rooms were initially on different floors. We upgraded to a suite, only to discover it had one king bed and a pull-out couch—not ideal for a family of five. After moving all our luggage, we had to return to the front desk and switch back to two rooms. Thankfully, they found us rooms on the same floor.
The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping wasn't consistent, and reaching the front desk through the AI system was frustrating.
The pools were excellent and a highlight of our trip. Resorts World is quieter than the central Strip, which we appreciated after busy days with the kids. However, shopping, dining, and attractions are more limited nearby, so expect additional Uber costs. Like everywhere in Vegas, food and drinks are expensive.
Checkout was quick and easy.
I'd likely stay here again with my family because of the quieter atmosphere. If I were travelling as a couple or with friends, I'd probably stay closer to the heart of the Strip.

"The hotel is very nice but it has got its best years behind. However the staff behind the reception desk and in the restaurant were amazingly polite and helpful."
