The location in the city was excellent, the command bed were comfortable, but the heavy doors on the rooms slammed loudly all of the time. Overall, the Riu is still amazing very good hotel.

"It’s definitely an older style hotel/room. Our first room was very small. Our second room was much nicer and bigger. We also had Chicago police knock on a neighbors door, which of course would make you not at ease. I loved the location. Just probably wouldn’t stay again."
