"This place exceeded my expectations. Super clean, well appointed. Shame it didn't have a kitchen but the room was v modern and spacious. I was with my family (2 kids). The room next door were smoking weed and it was coming through. I told reception, they sent security up and the problem was solved. Staff were great - I really have few complaints."

"Unfortunately we checked out early due to damp and mold in two of our rooms (room 111 and 214). I would avoid at all costs. Positives: 5min from Rotterdam station. Some people might find it a quirky hotel and appealing because of this. But I totally disliked it. Negatives: 1. No lift so you have to carry cases up many akward steps. 2. Mold and damp in rooms. 3. No ventilation as windows didn’t open. 4 Breakfast only had a continental option. 5. Unhelpful staff. 6. When the room upstairs showered or used the toilet, it was like the sound of Niagra falls in my room. 7. No soundproof, if person upstairs moved about it was so loud."
