"The room is big, the service is friendly and generous, the giant atrium is well-kept vintage. Good pool, room perks. Getting the hotel shuttle was the only hitch. Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min."

"Staff were all excellent, extremely kind and helpful. However, the room itself presented some issues. The sink design was hard to work with as it got full very quickly and was messy. It made washing your face, hands, etc. difficult. Additionally, we could not get hot water during our showers. Then the shower faucet handle actually ended up coming off when we tried to get hot water. The beds were very comfortable though and the room itself was clean. "
