"The hotel was very poorly maintained, with outdated furniture and rooms in bad condition. The bedsheets were torn and had visible stains, which made the stay very uncomfortable. It was a terrible experience I genuinely wish I hadn’t stayed there. When I checked in, I raised my concerns with reception, and they did change my room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated, but the hotel itself was disappointing. It clearly needs a major upgrade. The air conditioning was also extremely inefficient it took over four hours to cool a small room, which is unacceptable. I would not stay at this hotel again."

"Well… where do I even start? If you’re only staying one night and have a decent sense of humour, you might just about survive it. Check-in was a bit of an adventure — not exactly a warm welcome, but hey, we paid for a cheap stay so expectations were already nicely lowered. Now, we did go all out and book the VIP Room 101 (because why not live the high life for a night?). And to be fair, the “VIP treatment” didn’t disappoint… if your idea of VIP includes a mystery-stained bath, a broken bathroom window, a wobbly toilet seat, and towels that looked like they’d lived a full and complicated life before we arrived. My daughter had the sofa bed — or at least, the idea of one — as it came without bedding. We asked for it, waited patiently… and then asked again two hours later. Maybe it was part of the VIP endurance package? And the main bed… wow. I’ve genuinely slept on softer pavements. Camping without a mat might actually have been the luxury upgrade. All in all, an unforgettable stay — though not necessarily for the reasons the hotel might hope. On a positive note it was close to the airport 😁"

"Clean apartment with fully stocked kitchen. Close to Mena World and a variety of places to eat. "

"I organized with the property to pick my mother-in-law up from the airport. No one was there to pick her up and she had to call the hotel. Then someone came and wanted money (we had paid the hotel already -- the fee was as much as a taxi ride into District 1). She told them that we had paid already. Reception was not very friendly and the toilet leaked. The property was okay, but a bit disappointed with the pickup and follow up needed."
