The location close the airport was really useful, arriving late or before leaving. Very clean, included breakfast which was fine and the staff in restaurant very nice. Reception staff ability to help in english was poor. Slow ride into the city for shopping, food or tourism. Hotel is quiet and bathroom and beds fine. Aircon was only just keeping the room comfortable.

The staff in the breakfast hall were friendly and helpful. Our room had a view of the fire escape with lights that were going on and off all night. From the main room you could see into the bathroom not helpful when you are travelling with your son !!

Staff was kind and helpful, air conditioning worked great and there were many shops nearby which made it very easy to get anything you need. Room was clean. Had breakfast at the property every day. Was an all Viet cultural culinary experience. Everything was tasty but limited in variety. Location provided easy access to and from the airport and most tourist spots were within a 30 minute GRAB ride.

Clean and pretty spacious room, bathroom of adequate size to fit shower with glass door separating it from sink and toilet, which equipped with bidet for washing. Fridge also available with different beverages. Pretty large elevator which can fit an air port moving cart. This is very useful to move heavy stuffs. Airport pick up and drop off service with a cheap (promotion time) to reasonable rate. Very convenient location in a quiet alley, 5 min from the airport. Free buffet breakfast with basic food. Very helpful and courteous staff. This is the 2nd time I stay here. Competitive rate in this area. Will come back again next time.
