Ground-floor apartment nestled in the countryside, with parking in the courtyard (outdoors).

The treadmill and the veranda (with a table and chairs for outdoor dining) are shared with other guests.

With 40 square metres of space, it comfortably accommodates 2 people with a double bedroom on the upper level.

Quiet residential area, outside the city centre (15 minutes by car). Ideal for business travellers.

Close to the trade fair area and the highway exit.



The interior layout is as follows:



LIVING AREA. Living room with a two-seater sofa and TV; kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop (one burner), microwave, coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils. Split AC unit.



Upper Floor:

BEDROOM. Double bed. Split-type AC unit.

BATHROOM (inside the bedroom). Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. There are steps at the entrance.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wi-Fi (PLEASE NOTE: not always working), iron, and ironing board.



Veranda (with wood-fired oven) and treadmill shared with other guests.



The tap water is purified well water, so the smell may be unpleasant.



BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: Take the Marconi Express to Bologna Station and continue by train to Parma Station. Continue on bus no. 11/13/21 to the Viale Mentana Barriera Saffi stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 1 hour and 50 minutes.



PARMA STATION: Take bus no. 11/13/21 to the “Viale Mentana Barriera Saffi” stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 20 minutes.



IF YOU’RE ARRIVING BY CAR: paid parking is a 4-minute walk away at Dus Parking.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Parma Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7

Check-in may be completed starting at 3:00 PM, either in person or via self-check-in.

The method to be used, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.

If you check in late (after 9:00 PM) in person, the following rates will apply:

- From 21:00 - 23:00- €25.00

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - €30.00

- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - €40.00
