"We booked the room via Hotels.com. The host said they were going to send a mail on how to check in. Which we didnt recieve. One hour before arrival (still without a mail) we contacted the host on Whatsapp, without any respons. After that, we arrived at the house, and there was still nobody to let us into our room. So we called our host, and the host told us she would be there in maximum one hour. We waited outside for almost two hours, before she finally arrived. The check in process went...
