COVID-19 may have changed how we travel, but it hasn't halted our zest for exploring. Here are a few tips on how to navigate the new challenges of travelling:

• Look into if any restrictions apply to both your destination and origin. It may not be possible to travel depending on local circumstances, so remember to check before you book your flight.

• You are now allowed to take one container of hand sanitizer up to 12 oz (350 ml) in your carry-on luggage. You'll need to remove it for X-ray screening.
• To reduce handling during the screening process, put items such as your loose change and phone into your carry-on rather than into the bins.
• Separate any food you're carrying for X-ray scanning. Food items often set off the alarm. Placing them in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA officer to handle and inspect your belongings.
