It's a very nice hotel: very quite and convenient. However, the service is not as good as expected. It seems that there were communication issues. Our soap bottle and conditional bottle were not function properly, but after many times talking to the front desk, the issues were not resolved. I wish the four star hotel could pay attention to these details.

Such nice people and experience for our first trip to Paris. Booked last minute and so glad I did! Had amazing pastries and drinks every day with a beautiful quaint aesthetic. Room was great and service was absolutely lovely!

"This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Nogent Sue Seine. Due to the very hot weather our room was very hot; we had a fan but it didn’t really help and as there was a “party” outside and we needed the windows open, we had a sleepless night.
