"We had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. They made check-in and the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. The pool was definitely one of the highlights — clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service, and I would gladly stay here again."

"The room was clean but you can see that repairs were needed. On the last day we noticed the water was coming up from underneath the floor tiles. Also the AC being at 65 room stayed at 70. Our room did have a mold odor. We could hear our neighbors sneeze through the walls. The pool and beach were great but wish that the pool was a little deeper. I preferred to stay in the kiddie pool since all the kids were in the other pool. Our room did accommodate 3 adults . Ourselves and our daughter. The cafe in the lobby does great coffees and breakfast. Expensive but delicious. Checkin was another ordeal that we did checkin at 2 but room not available until 4pm. So we sat in the lobby until able to go to room. It is only 15 minutes from AirPort."

"No electricity for11 hours No hot water upon arrival for 45 minutes. No phone timo contact front. No response to text inquiring when electricity would resume "

"Room was clean for most part. Sheets and towels had stains. The first day we only had two bath towels and no wash cloths. We asked for some but because there isn’t on site staff- we couldnt get any until the next day. The room doesn’t come with any little amenities like an iron, blow dryer ect. We only had a small amount of toilet paper. There is no parking, and It’s hard to find. There are homeless/ addicts that sleep at the front entrance (I got a little scared because the man took awhile to move). The cleaning woman was extremely loud one morning. Her conversation woke us up. The room doesn’t have blackout curtains so between the noise from the woman, the rooster and the sunlight- we couldn’t sleep. I’m not sure If this a real safety issue but there are exposed electrical wires/ boxes in the main entrance. I thought I seen a bar advertised but there wasn’t one. BUT there was a bed (no flat sheet), and nice AC, a shower and a bath tub, and it’s very walkable- beach, food, drinks, shopping."

"Had such a great stay! The hotel is in a great area, we were able to walk down the road to get dinner every night. Big perk is having the pool and the Condado lagoon right at the hotel! "

"This was an absolutely wonderful hotel, the staff was kind, it was clean, and exactly what we needed, including the pool and hot tub. There was construction happening, which is advertised on the website and meant to grow the hotel into its IHG brand. We were accommodated in a phenomenal way when we mentioned noise to staff. Truly a wonderful experience! So happy to have stayed there."
