"The hotel is clean and well maintained; however, the female receptionist's approach was cold, not friendly or cordial. Immediately I didn't like the vibe. The room is REALLY SMALL. You can barely walk and the setting is completely akward. For the amount you pay for the room, I can't believe that they do not even have a TV in the room. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Los elevadores tardan un siglo en llegar y hay que esperar aveces más de 15 minutos por un elevador. Están malisimamente programados y por eso se tardan, van a los mismos niveles al mismo tiempo y para mientras todos los demás niveles esperando.
Algo súper incómodo es el tema del parqueo, cada vez que uno sale o saca el carro, debe parar en el lobby, sellarlo en recepción y luego validarlo en la máquina y luego tomar el elevador nuevamente para el S2, como huéspedes nos deberían dar un único ticket o tarjeta por toda la estadía. También a los huéspedes nos mandan al sótano 2, me parece muy mala atención cuando deberían darnos prioridad en el S1 o bien parquearnos donde cada quien encuentre al llegar."
