Só acho que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor , alegaram por causa da temporada , não havia opção.ai na semana que começou a encher colocaram mais opções. E do que a prioridade era o bar , não os clientes que estavam hospedado. Só acho que pelo valor pago .o atendimento foi péssimo. Estou colocando aqui e vou fazer a declaração no reclame aqui. Fora que o chuveiro estragou fiquei sem banho. As imagens não condiz com o local . Precisa melhorar...

"The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. Moreover, the breakfast was a nightmare for both guests and Im sure for the staff as well. Food was missing on the buffet because of the...

"Yes, room 402 was very clean and comfortable! Staff was excellent, particularly the English speaking supervisor!! Food was excellent. We had a great time at the Ritz Lagoa Da Anta!! J and A 10/25"
