"Front desk staff and bellmen were very professional,but the staff in the water park that’s in change of the food and drink part need better customer service."

"Major party yelling, screaming and super loud music till 2am in adjacent room. Could not watch TV or sleep. Smoking right outside the room. We are not talking about regular smoke either. Had to leave the room before reservation was finished. Asked for a refund at front desk since I was compelled to do so from the chaos in the next room but was refused. Ask Orbitz to step in and they were also told no refund would be issued for unused reservation days."
