The interior of the hotel was absolutely beautiful! Like walking into a tropical rainforest. The sounds of the fountains and streams made such a relaxing environment. The rooms were very clean and neat. Pool was open, but water was foggy so we didn’t go in. Pool area hasn’t been updated and needs work. We missed breakfast but they apparently have free made-to-order omelets! Will definitely return.

I’ve been staying here 5-6 times a year for many years. Love the staff. Location is good. The hotel is dated with some furnishings old and in disrepair. The rates are not cheap. This visit they tacked on a $15 per day parking fee. That did it for me. Not going to book again.

The lobby is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was great and overall very friendly staff. However, the pool was closed for over half our stay and the rooms are terribly outdated and the temperature controls were not working. The walls are paper thin and we heard all the noise past curfew where people were stomping, screaming and banging. Overall experience was alright. Probably wouldn't go back again.

I loved the interior of the hotel. It has so many beautiful plants, and was so clean and well kept. I was surprised that the tv was not a smart tv, and that we had to pay $15 to park in the hotel parking lot-which I think is ridiculous! There is no reason you should have to pay to park in a hotel parking lot in Parsippany, NJ. The hotel was beautiful inside and we had a really nice time.

Very clean(which i love), has a bar and restaurant . Walgreens and whole foods are around the way (other stores as well). Free breakfast with stay . Love waking up to the water fall and etc. in the center of the hotel. I had to wait for a ride to pick me up so i stayed past the time of check out and noone rushed me or kicked me out. Ofcourse i didnt stay THAT long but it was deff past the time with my kids , still able to relax and watch tv and for that i REALLY apreciate it.house keeping came and once she realized the room was still occupied that was enough for her to just give me my privacy. if it had 10 stars i wouldve put 10 ! Shocked me because even if its not 5 star hotel it is still a good hotel . Will always come back here when looking for a mini get away .

The first turn off was that we had to pay for parking 15 dollars a night, second they charge us 12 dollars for 2 bottles of water 20 oz that is ridiculous, full of kids banking on walls next to us, we can hear the conversation and the screaming. bathroom was old and duty Hilton! used to be an upscale hotel not anymore

Very nice Hotel, However, the pool restrictions are very absurd. Too big of a hotel for one pool and youbwould need to make a reservation for the pool ahead of time for an hour at a time. Other than that. Everything else was perfect.

Even though I paid for a King Room, they gave me a double room, saying they did not have a room. I was very tired as I entered at 12.30 at night.And that's why I had to accept it, and while offering the room, he mockingly says that the double room is more expensive. A terrible experience.

The person who was an omelet station this morning was pretty abrupt like he didn’t want to be working at that station should have said good morning & asked politely what I would like that was 3/10 the other person we had on Friday & Saturday was friendly & greeted me in a positive manner

There were alot of children at this hotel ! If you are going for a quiet relaxing time this is not for you. The pool is unusable unless you dont mind splashing and children horse play. But its great if you have kids staff dont mind or make complaints

My kids enjoyed the pool, the layout of the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast had a lot of options. The beds were soft, sheets clean. But you can tell the room need repairs. Mine had a block of wood in the bathroom holding up the vanity because one of the legs broke. Jason at the front desk was great. He was thorough. Only issue is one of my rooms (i had 2) wasn't ready for 2 hours. You do have to pay for parking now, i think $15.
