"Amazing hotel overall. The hotel room was large enough for 3 people to stay in there comfortably. Amenities were very clean and I am very particular about restrooms. There is a great view of the city as well! This really exceeded expectations! Great location to get around, but it is Shinjuku so just be aware there are lots of late night shenanigans with crowds. However, you don't hear it from the hotel."

"This hotel was excellent. There was always a staff member on site who spoke English, and they were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were updated and clean. We were worried about space but found the rooms to be more spacious than expected. The water pressure of the showers was AMAZING. The onsite coffee shop and bar were wonderful. The hotel was about a 10min walk from the shibuya station but very close the shibuya scramble. We were also very close to a park which was very lively and made for a great walk in and out of the hotel. We took a taxi one night from Shinjuku and only paid about $20 for the fare. Overall it was extremely well located and very clean. "
