"Small room but everything you need was there "

"Room was clean but small. A semi double is definitely only (just!) big enough for one person. Hotel is very large and has good amenities. Breakfast is extremely good with lots to choose from. It can be busy, but the line moves quickly. It takes about 10 minutes to walk briskly to Shinjuku station. The airport shuttle bus stops at the hotel, which is very convenient. "

"This was the perfect location, quite enough when you needed it. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Metro. Staff was super friendly, room was super clean. Incredible bathroom! Amazing high-quality blow dryer and soft robes provided. Loved having a mini kitchenette! "

"Great location. Rooms are smaller which is typical in Asia, but nicely appointed. The lounge/bar is modern and interesting cocktails, but it closes too early. The staff enter the room to delivery fresh towels even if you’re in the room which felt strange. The staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay again. "

"We had booked a room for 5 nights at the Indigo Hotel for a family of 4 (inc two boys aged 11 and 9). The hotel had reserved us one room with only one bed between us. They told us it was the biggest room they had and that was their family room. They explained it was common in Japan to have all family members in one bed. We have never encountered this in all our travels before. It was disappointing because our kids aren’t babies and there’s no way we could have all slept in one bed for 5 nights. We therefore had no other choice but to reserve a second room for the children. This was not cheap for five nights in peak cherry blossom season and obviously was an unforeseen expense for us on a budgeted holiday. Very disappointing. The hotel did not do much to accommodate us given we felt that this was their mistake. "
