First of all, the space: it is 65 m2 well distributed over two floors, with the living room with open kitchen and first bathroom downstairs and the two bedrooms and second bathroom upstairs. The environment is modern, clear, clean, but certain details - such as the wooden ceilings with exposed beams impregnated in white - help to warm it up and add a rustic touch to the linear and functional style of the furnishings. The light wooden staircase leading to the rooms also pushes in this direction. The presence of natural light is another important element. Facing south-east, from the morning the flat receives light from the large glass windows: the windows in the bedrooms, the large French window in the living room that opens onto the terrace. This, as you can clearly see from the pictures, is a springboard to the blue: a real extra room in fine weather, allowing you to dine al fresco - thanks to the furniture present - or to relax while enjoying the incredible view offered over the lake and the surrounding mountains. One of the two in particular enjoys exceptional fenestration in front of the bed and low to the floor: dreaming of flying over the lake will be much easier from here. The bathroom on the second floor, with a toilet, bidet and sink, concludes the visit.
