"The breakfast was very good - excellent gravy recipe for biscuits. Juice mix was off, though. Clean place. No AC but had a fan ready in room as it was a rare warm day."

"Awesome place, comfortable, cozy, roomy for our group and had plenty of space to collaborate and relax and enjoy down time from fishing for 7 straight days. great location, quiet and allowed for ease of timing and travel needs while vacationing there. Intend to pre-book for next group outing in 2028 already....."

"The room was very clean, and the owners made it clear that it was small, which we were fine with. The tub/shower was awkward to get in and out of. All in all it was a good visit with our daughter in Kodiak and the room was all we needed for the week."

"I never received the information on how to find the property. After contacting the owners it was straightened out. The place was clean and worked out fine. Nice shower and bathroom we were just hoping for a little more room. The view was good and once we figured out exactly what we had it was fine. A microwave to reheat food and a small fridge to keep things cool. If you want ice you will need to purchase a cooler and ice. This worked out well for 2 people. There is a couch that folds out into a bed but we didnβt use it. I think the price is in line with everything in the area. We were only a few minutes from the harbor to fish so if you are going to fish it will work out fine. I left my glasses in the room when we left and they were mailed back to me which was nice."

"By far our best rental in Kodiak! The view of the harbor is beautiful-especially at night with all the lights. It was stocked with everything we needed. So much space for our party of 6. Super clean. We could walk to the downtown and harbor. It is up a steep hill, but we liked the exercise! We will definitely be back."
