"We booked a twin bedded studio with kitchen area. We were given a tiny dark room with one bed and a balcony facing an internal courtyard and staff’s homes. We asked numerous times for the room we had paid for and finally moved 24 hours later. This room was still nothing like the photos on Expedia and the air conditioning was broken. It was another 24 hours before this was repaired. The staff are helpful but the manager was not. Many of the rooms look much nicer but we were told they are for package guests, not for Expedia customers. All we wanted was what we paid for, as seen on Expedia website. The apartments are in a great location, have a lovely pool but not pleasant due the awful rooms we were given "
