This is a huge hotel with many buildings on the property. Finding the correct building can be a little confusing at first. You can tell it’s an older hotel, but it’s relatively well kept. The breakfast was decent. All the staff were friendly. The hotel is quiet and felt safe.

I was upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. The lady at check-in counter was very nice. The suite was large and clean but very dated. The restaurant was understaffed and many menu items were unavailable. Meal was very lackluster and not correct. Pilaf was sticky white rice, veggies were of the frozen variety and the salmon was dry. On a good note at least the pricing reflected the quality.

Place is old and dated. Carpet filthy. No coffee pot in room. Carpet in hallways are either filthy or worn through were you see concrete. Ask for like 45 minutes late checkout was told by the front desk I can give you 10 min. That’s ridiculous. I travel around 300 days yr never been told that. Stayvaway

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel as it was conveniently located and pet friendly. The rooms are fine, but quite old and breakfast is very basic - fine for a motel, but not at the price they charged. Furthermore, while the hotel was quite empty, the reception (unpleasantly) insisted on charging us a late check-out fee as we checked out 20 mins late (10 mins of which was related to no available luggage carts). Next year we'll look for another hotel.
