Nice hotel and reasonable price. Room was not cleaned on the day promised, though. And my pet peeves: 1. No comfortable reading chair; 2. Not enough towel racks.

This property was worth the stay. Very clean, staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. Easy walking distance. Great view. I would stay here again.

This hotel is at the center of Madrid perfect location, close to everything, lots of dining options and the staff was super friendly- Luis was super fun my fellow Dominican, kitchen staff very professional as well and attentive. Will be back for sure!
