"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"Wonderful hotel with convenient location. We had access to the city, you can walk everywhere from here. Great rooftop with yummy food and drinks. Pools were a little small so we went took a taxi to Cala Mayor. Our neighbor would knock on the wall like minutes from entering our hotel, that was inconvenient. We were whispering to be respectful but never loud. I even upgraded to a suite for convenience but we couldn’t talk, probably thin walls. 3 small blocks east, main shopping area and dinning. McDonald’s was close by. We walked until like mid-night & felt very safe."

"Excellent, beautiful hotel in a prime Old Town location! You're just steps from the cathedral, top-tier dining, the beach, and the port. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Both our room and the common areas were pristine. We also loved the terrace, the pool and views were the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend!"

"This is a lovely hotel tucked away in a quiet part of the old town. It is close enough to walk to local sights and restaurants etc but a peaceful oasis especially by the roof pool. Rooms are really nice, large, clean / comfy and the team at the hotel very professional and friendly. Breakfast was also really good and the hotel design and interior very appealing."
